摘要
目的比较莫沙必利与多潘立酮治疗功能性消化不良的临床效果。方法选取2013年1月1日至2015年12月31日于我院就诊的功能性消化不良的患者共74例,将患者随机分为A组和B组,各37例,A组患者采用莫沙必利治疗,B组患者采用多潘立酮治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果及用药安全性。结果 A组患者治疗总有效率明显高于B组患者,且复发率明显低于B组(P<0.05);A组患者不良反应总发生率明显低于B组患者(P<0.05)。结论莫沙必利治疗功能性消化不良效果比多潘立酮更为显著且疗效持久,用药不良反应少,是一种安全有效的治疗方式,值得临床应用。
Objective To compare the clinical effects of mosapride and domperidone in the treatment of functional dyspepsia. Methods From January 1, 2013 to December 31, 2015, a total of 74 cases of patients with functional dyspepsia in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into A group and B group, with 37 cases in each group. A group was given mosapride and B group was treated with domperidone. The therapeutic effects and safety of the two groups were compared.Results The total therapeutic effect of A group was significantly higher than that of B group, and recurrence rate was significantly lower than that of B group（P〈0.05）. The total incidence rate of adverse reaction of A group was significantly lower than that of B group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compared with domperidone, the treatment of mosapride for patients with functional dyspepsia has more remarkable effect with lasting efficacy and less adverse reactions, which is a safe treatment method and worthy of application.
