卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗产后出血的临床效果

Clinical effect of carboprost tromethamine in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage

目的分析孕产妇产后出血经卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗的临床效果。方法回顾性分析我院2016年1月至2016年12月收治的96例产后出血患者的临床资料,根据不同治疗方式将其分为研究组与对照组,各48例。对照组行缩宫素治疗,研究组行卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗。比较两组患者的产后24 h出血量、止血时间、止血效果及止血满意度。结果与对照组比较,研究组患者的24 h出血量明显更少,止血时间明显更短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组止血总有效率为97.92%,明显高于对照组的81.25%(P<0.05)。研究组患者的止血总满意率为95.83%,明显高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05)。结论产后出血经卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗的临床效果十分显著,有利于减少24 h出血量,缩短止血时间,还可以提升止血总有效率与满意率,值得在临床治疗工作中推广运用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of carboprost tromethamine in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage. Methods The clinical data of 96 patients with postpartum hemorrhage admitted in our hospital from January2016 to December 2016 was retrospectively analyzed. All the patients were divided into study group and control group according to different treatment methods, with 48 cases in each group. The control group was treated with prostaglandin,and the study group was treated with carboprost tromethamine. The 24 h postoperative blood loss, hemostasis time,hemostasis heal effect and hemostasis satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the 24 h postoperative blood loss of the study group was less, and the hemostasis time was shorter, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The total effective hemostasis heal rate of the study group was 97.92%,which was higher than 81.25% of the control group（P 0.05）. The hemostasis satisfaction rate of the study group was95.83%, which was higher than 75.00% of the control group（P 0.05）. Conclusion Carboprost tromethamine in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage has remarkable clinical effect. It can reduce the 24 h postoperative blood loss, shorten hemostasis time, and improve the total effective hemostasis heal rate and hemostasis satisfaction rate, which is worthy of promotion in clinic.
