彩超对剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕部位妊娠的诊断价值

Diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of caesarean section pregnancy

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声对剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕部位妊娠的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析我院收治的47例经临床证实的剖宫产瘢痕部位妊娠患者的彩超声图像表现,分析彩色多普勒超声影像图特点。结果 47例患者经超声检查均明确诊断,超声分级:0级12例,1级18例,2级9例,3级8例。彩色多普勒显示其周边可见丰富血流信号,脉冲多普勒呈高速低阻型频谱。结论彩色多普勒超声能对剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕部妊娠的准确诊断提供重要诊断依据并监测治疗结果,超声分级能指导临床选择合适的治疗方式。

Objective To investigate the value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of uterine cesarean scar pregnancy. Methods The color ultrasonographic images of 47 patients with clinically confirmed cesarean section scar in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed, the image features of color Doppler ultrasound were recorded. Results Forty-seven patients were comfirmly diagnosed by ultrasonography. The results showed that there were 12 cases of level 0, 18 cases of level 1, 9 cases of level 2, 8 cases of level 3. Color Doppler showed rich blood flow signal in gestational sac surrounding,and pulse doppler expressed as high-speed low-resistance type spectrum. Conclusion Color doppler ultrasound can provide important refference in the accurate diagnosis of uterine cesarean section scar pregnancy and monitor treatment outcomes, and the ultrasonic classification can guide to choose the right means of treatment.
