分析高危妊娠孕妇产前护理需求及全程护理干预对高危妊娠孕妇的影响

Analysis of the prenatal nursing needs in high risk pregnant women and the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on high-risk pregnant women

目的研究高危妊娠孕妇的产前护理需求及按照高危妊娠孕妇的产前需求采取全程安全护理的综合疗效。方法随机抽取在本院就诊的高危妊娠孕妇100例,随机分成2个组,各50例。其中常规组实施常规护理方法,全程组给予全程安全护理方法。总结全部孕妇的产前护理需求状况,比较两组孕妇的心理应激状况与孕妇的护理满意度。结果在全部孕妇的产前护理需求中,比例较高的三种为胎儿的发育、孕妇身体护理与心理护理;全程组的状态性与特质性焦虑评分显著低于常规组(P<0.05);全程组的护理总满意率高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论在高危妊娠孕妇的产前护理需求中,胎儿发育、孕妇的身体护理与心理护理为主要护理需求。按照高危妊娠孕妇的产前需求采取全程安全护理能够有效地改善孕妇的心理应激状况,保证护患关系的和谐,提高患者的护理满意度。

Objective To investigate the prenatal nursing needs of high risk pregnant women and the efficacy of comprehensive safety nursing for pregnant women according to the prenatal demand of high-risk pregnant women. Methods A total of 100 cases high-risk pregnant women in the hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 50 cases in each group. The conventional group received the conventional nursing, while the comprehensive group was given the comprehensive safety nursing. All pregnant women＇s prenatal nursing needs were summarized, and then pregnant women＇s psychological stress status and maternal satisfaction of the two groups were observed and compared. Results In prenatal care needs of all pregnant women, three of the higher proportion were fetal development, maternal body care and psychology; the scores of state and trait anxiety of the comprehensive group were significantly lower than those of the conventional group（P〈0.05）; the patients＇ nursing satisfaction in the comprehensive group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The development of the fetus, the maternal body care and psychological nursing were main needs of prenatal nursing in high-risk pregnant women. In accordance with the prenatal needs of high-risk pregnant women, the comprehensive safety nursing could effectively improve the psychological stress status of pregnant women and improve patients＇ satisfaction, to ensure the harmonious relationship between nurses and patients.
