浅谈疏风止咳汤联合中医护理干预对咳嗽变异性哮喘的疗效及患者生活质量的影响

Effect of Shufeng Zhike decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention on the efficacy and quality of life in cough variant asthma

目的分析疏风止咳汤联合中医护理干预对咳嗽变异性哮喘的疗效及其生活质量的影响。方法将我院收治的咳嗽变异性哮喘患者80例随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组接受常规西药治疗及常规护理干预,观察组给予患者疏风止咳汤联合中医护理干预。比较两组患者的临床效果。结果观察组总有效率为92.50%,明显高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05)。干预后,两组患者的Dmin、IL-13水平及生活质量评分均明显优于干预前,且观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论疏风止咳汤联合中医护理干预应用于咳嗽变异性哮喘的疗效显著,可改善患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of Shufeng Zhike decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention on the curative effect and quality of life in cough variant asthma. Methods Eighty patients with cough variant asthma admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine western medicine treatment and routine nursing intervention, the observation group was given Shufeng Zhike decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.50%, which was higher than 75.00% of the control group（P〈0.05）. After intervention, the Dmin, IL-13 levels and quality of life scores of the two groups were better than those before intervention, and those of the observation group were better than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Shufeng Zhike decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention applied in cough variant asthma has remarkable clinical effect, which can improve the patients＇ quality of life.
