摘要
目的人性化护理对抑郁症患者病情恢复及护理满意度的影响。方法将我院收治的66例抑郁症患者随机分成观察组和对照组,各33例。观察组实施人性化护理,对照组采取常规护理。比较两组患者的临床效果。结果护理后,两组患者的SAS及SDS评分、依从率均明显优于护理前,且观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的护理总满意率为96.97%,明显高于对照组的72.72%(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理应用于抑郁症患者,可促进患者病情恢复,提高其护理满意度,同时还可促进其合理用药,提高药物疗效,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To study the effect of humanized nursing on illness recovery and nursing satisfaction in patients with depression. Methods Sixty-six patients with depression who treated in our hospital were enrolled in the study, all the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 33 cases in each group. The observation group accepted humanized nursing, and the control group received routine nursing. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the SAS and SDS scores,drug compliance rates of the two groups were better than those before nursing, and those of the observation group were better than the control group(P〈0.05). The total nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 96.97%, which was higher than 72.72% of the control group(P 0.05). Conclusion Humanized nursing effect is significant in the recovery and improvement of nursing satisfaction for patients with depression, and it can promote the rational use of drugs and improve the curative effect of drugs, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
