重症新生儿肺炎的临床急救及护理对策分析

目的分析针对性临床急救及护理服务在重症新生儿肺炎中的临床效果。方法选择我院收治的重症新生儿肺炎患儿32例为研究对象,采用常规治疗方法对患儿进行治疗,在此基础上实施针对性临床急救及护理干预,比较干预前、后患儿的呼吸功能、新生儿舒适度及家长安全感。结果干预后,患儿VC、FVC、IC、ERV、FEV1、MVV、PEF、FEV1/FVC水平显著优于干预前(P<0.05);干预后,新生儿舒适度及家长安全感均显著高于干预前(P<0.05)。结论针对性临床急救及护理服务应用于重症新生儿肺炎患儿中,可有效改善新生儿的呼吸功能,提高抢救成功率,在加新生儿舒适度和家长安全感等方面均具有显著优势。

Objective To analyze the clinical emergency treatment and nursing countermeasures in children with severe neonatal pneumonia. Methods A total of 32 cases of children with severe neonatal pneumonia treated with conventional therapy in our hospital were selected as the study objects, all the children were given targeted clinical emergency treatment and nursing intervention on the basis of the conventional therapy. The respiratory function, neonatal comfort and security of parents were compared before and after intervention. Results After intervention, the levels of VC, FVC, IC, ERV, FEV1,MVV, PEF, FEV1/FVC of the children were better than those before intervention（P〈0.05）. After intervention, the neonatal comfort and security of parents were better than those before intervention（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Targeted clinical emergency treatment and nursing intervention in children with severe neonatal pneumonia can significantly improve the children＇s respiratory function and the achievement rate in salvage, and it has advantages in neonatal comfort and security of parents.
