小儿护理中个性化护理模式的应用效果分析

目的分析小儿护理中个性化护理模式的应用效果。方法回顾性分析我院2016年1月至2016年12月收治的76例小儿患者的临床资料,根据不同护理方式将其分为研究组(38例)与对照组(38例)。对照组给予常规护理,研究组给予个性化护理模式,比较两组小儿患者的临床总配合率及患儿家长的护理满意度评分。结果与对照组比较,研究组38例小儿患者的临床总配合率明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患儿家长的护理满意度评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿护理中应用个性化护理模式效果十分显著,有利于进一步提升患儿的临床总配合率与患儿家长的护理满意度,值得在临床护理工作中推广运用。

Objective To analyze the effect of personalized nursing mode in pediatric nursing. Methods The clinical data of 76 pediatric patients admitted in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. The children were divided into study group（38 cases） and control group（38 cases） according to different nursing methods. The control group was given routine nursing, while the study group was given personalized care mode. The overall clinical response rate of children and nursing satisfaction scores of the parents were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the overall clinical response rate of 38 children in the study group was significantly higher（P〈0.05）. The scores of parents＇ nursing satisfaction in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of personalized nursing mode in pediatric nursing is very significant, which is helpful to further improve the clinical response rate of children and the nursing satisfaction of parents. It is worthy to be used in clinical nursing work.
