摘要
目的确定某饮料有限公司产生的职业病危害因素,分析其危害程度及对劳动者的健康影响,评价职业病危害防护设施及其效果,为该企业的职业卫生防治提供技术依据。方法选择对该公司进行职业卫生调查,采用职业卫生监测、经验法、检查表分析法等进行评价。结果本项目总体布局、生产工艺及设备布局、采取的职业病防护设施设计、个人防护用品、应急救援设施和职业卫生管理等基本符合国家有关规定。现场检测结果显示,粉尘浓度、化学有害因素浓度合格率100%;噪声共检测16个岗位,其中7个岗位噪声等效声级超过85 d B(A),最高达到91.2 d B(A)。结论本建设项目属于职业病危害较重的建设项目,其职业病防护设施基本有效,职业卫生管理制度得到落实,对噪声的控制措施还需加强。针对噪声超标岗位,作业人员在正确佩戴使用企业提供的防噪防护耳塞后,其实际接触的噪声强度能够降到85 d B(A)以下。
Objective To determine the factors of occupational hazards in a beverage factory, to analyze the degree of dam- age to worker' s health effects and evaluation of occupational disease hazard protection facilities and its effect.Methods Through field investigation, occupational hazards monitoring and check list analysis method were applied and so on to dis- criminate and analyze the occupational bazards.Resttlts Field test results showed that the dust concentration and chemical harmful factors concentration qualified rate was 100%; noise detected in 16 posts, including 7 post noise equivalent sound level exceeded 85 dB (A) , the highest reached 91.2 dB (A).Conclusion The constouction project belongs to heavier oc- cupational disease project, the control on occupational hazards in the project are basically feasible, the occupational health management system has been implemented, and the measure of control on noise are needed to reinforce.In response to the excessive noise level, the noise intensity of the actual contact and be reduced to below 85 dB(A) after the operators cor- rectlly wear the anti-noise protective earplug provided by the enterprise.
