盘锦市工业企业职业病危害告知落实情况调查

Investigation on the implementation of occupational disease hazards in industrial enterprises of Panjin city

目的了解盘锦市职业病危害告知落实情况,进一步规范用人单位职业病危害告知与警示标识管理工作。方法抽取盘锦市48家企业作为调查对象,调查分析各个企业的警示标识、职业病危害告知卡、合同告知、职业卫生知识培训告知等落实情况。结果警示标识配备率为70.8%,公告栏中职业卫生管理制度和操作规程、职业病危害因素检测结果、职业健康检查结果配备率分别为72.9%、25.0%、47.9%,企业主要负责人、职业卫生管理人员、劳动者的职业卫生知识培训率45.8%、77.1%、60.4%。结论警示标识设置不规范,公告栏合格率、合同告知执行率较低,职业卫生培训缺乏针对性。应规范警示标识设置,合理设置公告栏公布内容,严格履行合同告知义务,针对职业病危害特点开展职业卫生培训。

Objective In order to understand the implementation of occupational hazards in Panjin city, to further stand- ardize the employer＇s occupational hazard notification and warning signs management. Methods 48 enterprises in Panjin city as the object of investigation, the investigation and analysis of the various enterprises of the warning signs, occupational disease hazard inform card, contract inform, occupational health knowledge training to inform and so on.In this paper, 48 enterprises in panjin city were selected as the survey objects, and the warning signs, occupational hazard warning cards, contract notification and training of occupational health knowledge of various enterprises were analyzed.Results The pass rate of warning signs was 70.8%. The bulletin board in the occupational health management system and operating proce- dures, testing results of the harmful factors of occupational disease, occupational health examination results rates were 72.9%, 25.0%, 47.9%. The main responsible person of the enterprise, occupational health management personnel, workers＇ occupational health knowledge training rate were 45.8%, 77.1%, 60.4%.Conclusion The warning signs are not standardized, the rate of the bulletin board and the rate the contract tells execution are low, and the vocational health train- ing is lack of pertinence. It should standardize the setting of warning signs, set up the contents of the bulletin board proper- ly, carry out strict performance of the contract, and carry out occupational health training for occupational-disease-induc- tive characteristics.
