某二氟甲烷(R32)绿色制冷剂生产装置职业病危害防护设施及关键控制点分析

摘要 目的根据工艺识别二氟甲烷(R32)绿色制冷剂生产过程中的职业病危害因素,结合现场防护设施做出评价。方法通过现场调查、采样、检测检验法对该生产装置进行定性和定量评价。结果该生产装置生产过程中产生的主要职业病危害因素有氟化氢、氟化物、二氯甲烷、盐酸、氯、氢氧化钠、锑及其化合物、噪声等;职业病危害因素检测合格率100%。结论该R32绿色制冷剂生产线设置的防护设施基本能满足防护要求。 Objective To identify the occupational hazard factors of a production device of R32 green refrigerants, deter- mine the shortage of the occupation disease prevention measures.Methods Through field investigation and field test meth- od, qualitative and quantitative evaluation were achieved.Results The main occupational hazard factors from the produc- tion device were hydrogen fluoride, fluoride, dichloromethane, hydrochloric acid, chlorine, sodium hydroxide, antimony and its compound. The qualified rate of formaldehyde was 100%.Conclusion The protective facilities of production device of R32 green refrigerants could meet requirements.
