云南省2015年常规免疫报告接种率分析

Analysis of reported coverage rates of vaccines in National Immunization Program in Yunnan Province 2015

目的分析云南省2015年国家免疫规划(NIP)疫苗常规免疫报告接种率。方法对云南省2015年NIP疫苗常规免疫监测报告接种率、报告数据质量进行描述性分析。结果 2015年云南省报告接种NIP疫苗1 322.081 5万剂次,流动儿童报告接种193.749 7万剂次(占14.65%)。全省22剂NIP疫苗平均报告接种率均≥99.00%。其中县100.00%、乡82.95%全部22剂NIP疫苗报告接种率均≥90.00%。全省首剂乙型肝炎疫苗及时报告接种率93.58%;报告接种率<90.00%的乡主要分布于红河州、德宏州、普洱市等地区。评价中白破疫苗(DT)、A+C群流脑疫苗第2剂(MPV-AC2)接种率<90.00%。结论全省、县、乡级NIP疫苗报告接种率处于较高水平,但部分地区和大年龄组疫苗接种的需要重点加强。

Objective To evaluate the reported routine immunization coverage of vaccines in the National Immunization Program （NIP） in Yunnan,2015.Methods Reported data and data quality of routine immunization coverage of Yunnan in 2015 were described and evaluated. Results A total of 13 220 815 doses of NIP vaccines were immunized in 2015; 1 937 497 （14.65%） doses were immunized for floating children.The reported immunization coverage rates of 22 doses of NIP vaccines were all ~〉99%. 100% of counties and 82.95% of townships reported routine immunization coverage rate were I〉90%. The coverage rate of timely immunization of the first-dose hepatitis B vaccine was 93.58% .Counties or townships with 〈 90.00% of reported coverage were mainly in Honghe state, Dehong state, Puer state and etc. Evaluated DT and MPV-AC2 coverage rate were 〈90.00%.Conclusion Generally, the reported coverage rates of NIP vaccines in Yunan are high at the provincial, county and township levels. However, some regions and large age groups are required to strengthen the vaccination.
