摘要 树突细胞(dendritic cells,DC)是目前已知功能最强的抗原提呈细胞,是连接固有免疫和适应性免疫的桥梁,在调控机体细胞免疫及体液免疫中发挥重要作用。系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)是一种典型的多系统受累的非特异性自身免疫性疾病,肾脏是常见的受累器官。狼疮性肾炎(lupus nephritis,LN)时树突细胞在肾脏中聚集,通过表达多种受体、共刺激分子及炎症因子参与相关的免疫炎症反应,而免疫炎症反应是狼疮性肾炎发生发展的重要机制,树突细胞有望成为治疗肾脏损伤和延缓病程的新靶点。 Dendritic cells(DC) are the most powerful antigen-presenting cells and are the bridge between innate immunity and adaptive immunity. They play an important role in regulating cellular immunity and humoral immunity. Systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) is a typical multisystemic and nonspecific autoimmune disease in which the kidney is often involved. Dendritic cells aggregate in renal tissue and regulate the inflammatory immune response by producing a variety of receptors, costimulatory molecules and inflammatory factors. Immune response is an important mechanism in the development of lupus nephritis(LN). Dendritic cell is expected to be a new target for the treatment of renal injury and delaying the course of disease.
