摘要 对儿童的艺术教育能反映一个国家的文化价值取向。1930年代罗斯福新政期间,资助儿童艺术教育就是公共艺术项目的组成部分,很多艺术家受聘进入社区指导儿童画画,并间接提高公众对艺术的兴趣。本文探究了以艺术教育培养儿童的创造性的途径和方法,分析了儿童艺术教育作为一项公共事业的主要着眼点,其与新公民的道德教育的关系,本文指出了儿童艺术教育是在全社会范围内展开的持久性艺术教育运动,因此它具有社会公共属性,成为当代公共艺术中的一个特殊领域。 Children's art education reflects a country's cultural value orientation. In 1930, during the Roosevelt's New Deal, financed on children's art education used to be the part of government's public art projects while many artists were hired to community to teach children how to draw and enhanced the public interests in art at same time. The article explores the approaches to cultivate children's creativity by art education and analyzes the relationship between children's art education and the approaches to cultivate children's creativity, as a key point of public undertaking with new citizen mortality education. The article also points out that children's art education is more like a long-lasting art education campaign within the whole society with its social public property to become a special area in contemporary public art.
