内蒙古“十三五”时期支柱产业标准化工作发展形势分析及总体思路研究

Study on Development Situation and Overall Idea of the Standardization Work of Pillar Industry in Inner Mongolia during the "13th Five-Year" Period

标准化是国民经济和社会发展的技术基础,是调整产业结构、转变发展方式、增强自主创新能力的重要手段。如何在"十三五"时期,以改革创新的精神,抓住"新一轮国家西部大开发"、"一带一路"战略机遇,运用标准化手段更好地支撑和服务支柱产业发展,推动内蒙古经济提质增效是当前急需解决的一个重大课题。本文分析了内蒙古自治区支柱产业发展现状和面临的挑战,并对自治区支柱产业标准化发展态势和目标进行了预测,同时提出了支柱产业标准化发展的建议和措施,以期对自治区支柱产业标准化发展有所帮助。

Standardization as the technical basis of national economic and social development is an important means to adjust the industrial structure, transform the development mode and enhance the capacity of independent innovation. A big task urgently needed to solve is that how to depend on the spirit of reform and innovation, seize ＂ a new round of national western development＂ and the ＂Belt and Road＂ strategic opportunity, use standardization means to better support and serve the development of pillar industries, and improve quality and increase efficiency in Inner Mongolia＇s economy during the ＂13th Five-Year＂period. This paper analyzes the present situation and challenges of the pillar industry in Inner Mongolia, forecasts the development trend and target of the pillar industry standardization, and provides the suggestions and measures for the development of pillar industry standardization, in order to help the development of Inner Mongolia pillar industry standardization.
