文化是民生事业的重要内容,民生是文化建设的根本方向。党的十八大做出了建设社会主义文化强国的重大战略部署,在不断满足和顺应人民群众文化需求的新祈盼、着力解决和实现人民群众基本文化权益的新诉求、自觉维护和回应人民群众幸福生活的新思考等方面勾画了一幅关涉人民文化生计的"民生路线图",充分彰显了文化强国建设的民生自觉。我们将按照党的十八大报告的部署,积极培育民生文化,努力建设文化民生,推动文化与民生的融合、兼济与互促,实现文化事业文化产业的大发展大繁荣。

Culture is the important content of the people＇s livelihood, the improving of the people＇s livelihood is the basic direction of cultural construction. Our party made the major strategic of socialist cultural power in Party’s 18th Report. It constantly meets and complies with the new cultural demand of people, strives to resolve and implement the basic cultural rights and consciously respond to people’s happiness life. This is ‘‘ the road map of the people’s livelihood . We will cultivate culture of people’s livelihood actively according to the Party’s 18th Report in order to achieve the prosperity of the cultural undertakings.
