摘要
改进并建立了顶空进样-毛细管柱-气相色谱法测定化妆品中甲醇的方法。通过试验确定以质量分数10%乙醇为稀释剂,顶空进样后用HP-INNOWAX色谱柱进行分离,柱温箱程序升温,采用氢火焰离子化检测器进行检测。结果显示甲醇在0.025~1.000 mg/mL的质量浓度范围内呈良好的线性响应关系,相关系数0.9991,化妆品中的检出质量比可达10 mg/kg,平均回收率为99.7%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.0%。该方法操作简单、测量准确、灵敏度高,为化妆品中甲醇的测定提供一种行之有效的分析方法。
To improve and establish a method for determination of methanol in cosmetics by headspace gas chromatography with capillary column, the 10%(mass ratio) ethanol solution was used as diluents, the samples were injected by headspace and separated by HP-INNOWAX capillary column with programmed temperature, the FID detector was used. The results showed that the calibration curve of methanol was linear in the range of 0.025 to 1.000 mg/m L. The correlation coefficient was 0.9991. The determination limit of methanol in cosmetics was 10 mg/kg. The average recovery of methanol was 99.7%, the RSD was 3.0%. The results indicated that this method was simple, accurate and sensitive which could be used to determine methanol in cosmetic products.
