三种中药水提物抗过敏及刺激性研究

Study on Anti-Allergic and Irritating Effects of Water Extracts Obtained from Three Kinds of Chinese Herbal Medicine

分别采用水提法提取牡丹花、鱼腥草、木棉花制得3种中药水提物。采用透明质酸酶活性体外抑制试验,研究3种中药水提物的抗过敏活性。采用绵羊红细胞溶血试验,检测3种中药水提物的刺激性。试验结果表明,3种中药水提物对透明质酸酶活性的抑制率由高至低排序为鱼腥草、牡丹花、木棉花,鱼腥草水提物的抗过敏功效强于其他2种中药水提物;3种中药水提物的红细胞溶血率由高至低排序为鱼腥草、木棉花、牡丹花。

Three kinds of water extract were obtained from peony flowers, Houttuynia cordata and Bombax malabaricum by water extracting method, respectively. The method of hyaluronidase inhibition in vitro was used to explore the anti-allergic properties of these three Chinese herbal medicines. And hemolysis of red blood cell was used to evaluate their irritating effects. The results showed that the sequence of anti-allergy inhibition rates of the water extracts from high to low was as following： Houttuynia cordata, peony flowers, Bombax malabaricum. And the sequence of hemolysis rates from high to low was Houttuynia cordata, Bombax malabaricum, peony flowers.
