Safety Risk Analysis of Four Categories of Commercial Cosmetic

为了解四类市售化妆品安全风险点,为监管提供技术支撑,按照《化妆品卫生规范》和国标,对湖南省2014—2016年监管部门抽样的面膜类、美白祛斑类、防晒类和祛痘抗粉刺类化妆品进行检验。结果发现,6批面膜检出非法添加糖皮质激素,7批祛痘抗粉刺类检出抗生素,44.0%的面膜和9.9%的防晒产品类包装标签标示的防腐剂、防晒剂与检出结果不一致。因此,国产化妆品中非法添加抗生素和糖皮质激素存在较大安全隐患,防腐剂和防晒剂的使用情况和标签标识有待规范。

To understand the safety risk of four categories of commercial cosmetic and to provide technical support for supervision, according to the hygienic standard for cosmetics and national standards, the inspection samples of mask, whitening, sunscreen and anti-acne cosmetics from Hunan province in 2014 to 2016 were tested. The results suggested that the glucocorticoid and the antibiotic were illegally added in six batches of mask samples and seven batches of anti-acne cosmetics, respectively. The detected preservative and sunscreen in samples were different from the labeled lists on the packages in 44% of masks and 9.9% of sunscreen cosmetics. The situation of illegal addition of glucocorticoid and antibiotic in commercial cosmetics showed safety risks. Further researches are needed to standardize the usage of preservatives and sunscreens. Also, the label identification on the packages should be standardized.
