化妆品乳膏剂中双酚A的测定能力验证计划研究

Proficiency Testing on the Determination of Bisphenol A in Cosmetic Cream

通过实施化妆品乳膏剂中双酚A测定的能力验证计划,了解国内化妆品检测机构双酚A的测定能力和水平,识别实验室间检测水平差异,帮助提高相关实验室检测技术水平和质量控制能力。通过方案设计、样品制备、均匀性和稳定性试验、统计结果及技术分析等方面,对全国20家化妆品检测实验室双酚A检测结果进行了评价和分析。在参与本次能力验证计划的20家实验室中,实验室结果满意率为80.0%,说明大部分实验室能够准确测定化妆品乳膏剂中双酚A,部分实验室的质控能力有待提高。

To understand the ability and related level of determination of bisphenol A（BPA） in cosmetic cream for testing organizations in China, the proficiency testing project was conducted to identify the difference between the labs, so as to enhance their technical testing level and ability of quality control. By means of program design, sample preparation, homogeneity and stability test, calculation of statistical results and technical analysis, the results of bisphenol A detection in 20 cosmetic testing laboratories were evaluated and analyzed. The satisfaction rate for laboratories participating in this competency verification program was 80.0%, indicating that most laboratories were able to accurately determine the bisphenol A in cosmetic creams and some laboratories ability of quality control should be improved.
