粉碎系统脉冲除尘器布袋滤料规格的选择

摘要 粉碎是饲料加工中重要工序之一。脉冲除尘器作为粉碎系统的主要组成部分,影响着粉碎机效能的发挥。为探究除尘器滤料规格对粉碎效率和除尘效果的影响,对粉碎机除尘器更换不同规格布袋滤料,并测算粉碎机能耗和出风口粉尘排放浓度。结果表明:脉冲除尘器布袋滤料规格对粉碎能耗和粉尘排放浓度有显著影响,使用ZCN450滤料要比ZCN500滤料降低粉碎能耗20%以上。本研究为粉碎系统脉冲除尘器布袋滤料规格的选择提供参考,实现粉碎工艺提质增效。 Grinding is one of the important processes in feed processing. As the main component of the grinding system, pulse dust catcher influences the efficiency of the hammer mill. In order to investi- gate the influence of filter material specification on the grinding efficiency and dust removal efficiency, the dust catcher bag filter material of hammer mill was replaced with different specification filter mate- rials, and the energy consumption and outlet dust emission concentration of the hammer mill were mea- sured. The results showed that: pulse dust catcher bag filter material specification has significant influ- ence on grinding energy consumption and dust emission concentration. The use of ZCN450 filter mate- rial than ZCNS00 filter material reduces grinding energy consumption by more than 20%. This study can provide reference for selection of filter material specification for pulse dust catcher of grinding sys- tem, and improve the quality and efficiency of grinding process.
