枯草芽孢杆菌与植物乳杆菌对甘蔗尾青贮品质的影响 被引量:13

摘要 为了研究枯草芽孢杆菌和植物乳杆菌对甘蔗尾青贮品质及有氧稳定性的影响。试验以新鲜的甘蔗尾为原料,枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis,BS)和植物乳杆菌(Lactobacillus plantarum,LAP)分别以菌液体积比为1:1、1:2和2:1的比例进行添加青贮,共设了3个不同的试验组合和一个对照组,每个组2个重复,每个重复取400 g甘蔗尾于聚乙烯薄膜袋中真空青贮;对照组只添加40 ml生理盐水,不添加任何菌种;试验Ⅰ组:7.5 ml BS+7.5 ml LAP+25 ml生理盐水;试验Ⅱ组:5 ml BS+10 mlLAP+25 ml生理盐水;试验Ⅲ组:10 ml BS+5 ml LAP+25 ml生理盐水。经过43 d密封厌氧青贮后,结果显示:试验Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组与对照组相比,中性洗涤纤维(NDF)含量显著降低(P<0.05)。试验Ⅱ组与对照组和其它各试验组相比,粗蛋白质(CP)含量显著提高(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,乳酸的含量各组间差异均不显著(P>0.05)。试验Ⅲ组与对照组相比,pH值有所降低,但差异不显著(P>0.05);与Ⅰ组相比pH值显著降低(P<0.05)。枯草芽孢杆菌与植物乳杆菌不同比例添加青贮试验组有氧稳定性最低增加了72 h,与对照组相比有氧稳定性提高了90%以上。因此,枯草芽孢杆菌与植物乳杆菌组合能够有效提高甘蔗尾青贮后的营养品质并改善有氧稳定性;尤其是枯草芽孢杆菌与植物乳杆菌比例为12时,对提高甘蔗尾青贮品质和有氧稳定性最为显著。 Abstract: This study evaluated the effects of Bacillus subtilis (BS) and Lactobacillus plantarum (LAP) on the quality and aerobic stability of sugarcane tops silage. The experiment was conducted with fresh sugarcane tops as raw material for silage making, BS and LAP used as inoculants with the ratios of 1 : 1, 1 : 2 and 2 : 1 respectively. Three different experimental groups and one control group were set up. Each group consisted of 2 repeat, each repeat group contained 400 g of dried and crushed sugar cane tops and specific ratio of inoculants, while silage bag without inoculant and contained only with 40 ml saline served as control. The experimental stuff (sugar cane tops and inoculant) were place inside an air tight polyethylene silage to carry out the silage making activity. The experimental groups were having fol- lowing combinations. Group I : 7.5 ml BS, 7.5 ml LAP and 25 ml saline, Group ll: 5 ml BS, 10 ml LAP and 25 ml saline, Group HI: 10 ml BS, 5 ml LAP and 25 ml saline. After 43 days, the results showed that the neutral detergent fiber (NDF) contents in Group I and H were significantly lowered (P〈0.05) compared with the control group. The crude protein (CP) contents in Group 11 were significantly increased (P〈0.05) and stood the highest among all groups. The lactic acid produc- tion of aN groups had no significant difference as compared with the control group(P〉0.05). The pH value of Group HI was lowered as compared with the control group, although not significant (P〉0.05); while compared with group 1, the pH value was significantly decreased (P〈0.05). The aerobic stability of different experimental groups increased 72 h minimum (90%) with addilion of BS and I,AP as compared with the control group. This study concluded that, addition of BS and I,AP can significanlly improve Ihc quality and aerobic stability of sugarcane lops silage, especially when BS and LAP are used with the ratio of 1 : 2.
