摘要 基于对天然气开采过程中泡沫排水的认识,在泡沫排水模拟装置上以浓度、流量为参数探讨了泡排剂室温下消泡过程,建立了室温下的消泡动力学方程。采用单因素研究方法,确定动力学方程的参数,得到消泡动力学方程。消泡速率常数与温度的关系遵循Arrhenius公式,Ea=0.147 kJ/mol。矿化度对消泡反应速率常数影响较大,消泡反应速率常数随矿化度增大而增大。 Based on the knowledge of the foam drainage during natural gas exploitation process, the process of defoaming foam scrubbing agent at room temperature was investigated with concentration and flow rate as the parameters in a foam drainage simulation unit, and a kinetic equation of defoaming at room temperature was established. The parameters of the kinetic equation were identified and the kinetic equation of defoaming was established with a single factor research method. The relationship between defoaming rate constant and temperature is determined by Arrhenius Equation, Ea = 0. 147 kJ/mol. The salinity has great effect on defoaming reaction rate constant, and defoaming reaction rate constant increases as the salinity increases.
