摘要
采用浸渍法制备催化剂H_3PW_(12)O_(40)/MIL-101(Cr),以环己酮和1,2-丙二醇为原料,催化合成环己酮1,2-丙二醇缩酮。采用正交试验,确定适宜反应条件为:固定环己酮用量0.2 mol,环己酮和1,2-丙二醇物质的量比1.0∶1.4,催化剂用量占反应总质量的0.4%,反应时间30 min,带水剂环己烷加量6 mL。此反应条件下,环己酮1,2-丙二醇缩酮平均收率为70.9%。
Catalyst H3PW12O40/MIL- 101 (Cr) was prepared with an impregnation method, and orthogonal test: the fixed amount of cyclohexanone is 0. 2 mol, the molar ratio of cyclohexanone to 1,2 - propanediol ketal is 1.0: 1.4, the amount of catalyst accounts for 0.4% of the total reacting mass, the reaction time is 30 min, and the addition of cyclohexane, a water carrying agent, is 6 mL. The average yield of cyclohexanone 1,2 - propanediol ketal was 70. 9% at such reaction conditions.
