摘要
对紫花鼠尾草进行嫩枝扦插正交试验研究,发现影响插穗生根效果的关键因素及其多因素优化扩繁条件。通过解剖学研究,揭示了插穗生成不定根的组织学起源、生根类型、不定根的发生部位以及愈伤组织的产生对扦插生根的影响。通过生理学研究,初步探明插穗生根过程中各个阶段营养物质代谢的基本规律、植物酶保护系统在逆境胁迫下对有害物质动态消长变化的响应机制及各生理指标之间的相关性关系。
On the basis of the orthogonal experiments on the cutting propagation of Salvia farinacea, the optimized multi -factors managerial actions for the propagation and the key factors for rooting cuttings have been discov- ered. Anatomical studies on the rooting cuttings show that the types of rooting, the parts of adventitious rooting and the formations of the calluses are the factors for adventitious rooting. Physiological studies show the basic laws of the metabolism of nutrition, protective enzymes of plants responding to harmful substance under various environ- mental stresses, and the correlations among the various physiological indexes during the different development stages of root cutting.
