基于熵权法的江西省文化产业发展绩效评价

Performance Appraisal of Cultural Industries in Jiangxi Based on Entropy Method

江西省于2016年在中国人民大学发布的文化产业发展指数排名中进入前十,因此,拟采取江西省和全国2005-2015年的数据,运用熵权法对江西省文化产业发展绩效进行评价分析,以判断江西省文化产业是否保持长期持续发展。最后发现江西省总体来说发展态势较好,但部分年份波动较大,存在一些明显的问题,且与全国水平差距逐渐拉大。针对江西省文化产业发展过程中存在的不足,最后从产业资源投入、创新带动文化产业及加大文化产业影响力三个角度提出相关建议。

Last year, Jiangxi rose to be the top ten in the cultural industry development index ranking made by Renmin University of China. So with the data of Jiangxi and China from 2005 to 2015, this paper appraises the performance of cultural industry in Jiangxi based on entropy method to study whether Jiangxi＇s cultural industries can maintain long-term development. It is found that the overall development trend is good, but there exists some obvious problems and wide fluctuations in some years. Besides, the gap between Jiangxi and the whole nation is widening. At last, in view of the shortcomings in cultural industry development in Jiangxi, the paper puts forward corresponding advice concerning resources input, creativity and industry influence.
