摘要
通过对客户关系管理课程教学现状的深入分析,探讨了课程教学中存在的主要问题,为更好地满足"互联网+"时代的创新需求,根据社会就业岗位需求,在实际调研和研究基础上提出新的课程教学体系。对原有实验教学资源优化整合,更新实验教学方法和手段,制定配套的教学大纲,设计客户关系管理课程教学体系,进一步推进客户关系管理课程教学改革。
Based on in-depth analysis of the present situation of Customer Relationship Management course, this paper points out the main problems existing in the teaching. To better meet the demand of "Internet +" in the era of innovation, the paper puts forth a new curriculum system according to the social employment need based on investigation and research of reality. In the new system the integration of original experiment teaching resources is optimized; the experimental teaching method and means is updated; some corresponding syllabus is developed; the curriculum system of Customer Relationship Management is designed. It is hoped to further promote the teaching reform of Customer Relationship Management course.
