基于许多科技论文因缺乏或无创新在编辑初审环节就被退稿的事实,结合多年学术期刊编辑出版工作实践,通过三个气象科技论文初审案例,分别从帮助作者优化选题、调整论文结构、将无创新论文改的有创新三个方面,探讨了编辑在稿件初审环节如何帮助作者将科技论文写出新意。

Considering the fact that many technical papers have been rejected because of their lack of innovativeness, the paper provides three cases of editor＇s initial evaluation of technical papers to discuss how editors can help the author to write a creative academic paper in initial evaluation process. It illustrates the subject from three aspects： how to select the thesis topic, how to restructure the thesis, and how to improve the innovativeness of the thesis.
