摘要
文章以某市B医院的后勤库存物资管理为研究对象,分析实施ABC-VED管理方法对后勤物资管理的作用与影响。研究证实,ABC管理法与VED管理法的综合应用使得医院后勤物资的库存管理更加精细化,有效降低了库存物资的资金占用和空间占用。
The article studies the logistics inventory management of B hospital, analyzes the effect and influence of ABC-VED management method on logistic material management. The research proves that the integrated application of ABC management and VED management makes the inventory management of hospital logistics more refined, effectively reduces the capital occupation and space occupancy of inventory materials.
