摘要 文章以中国国际投资贸易洽谈会的虚拟展会"网上投洽会"为例,通过对虚拟展会参展商满意度影响因素的探讨,选取15项一级指标,对参加虚拟展会的参展商进行满意度问卷调查。利用SPSS19.0软件和IPA(重要性—绩效)分析模型进行数据检验及分析,得出"网上投洽会"的现存优势及需要改进之处,并就不断提高参展商满意度提出了对策建议:一是整合在线资源构建数据库,二是构建专业的在线服务团队;三是优化虚拟展会功能。 In this article, a case study about the virtual exhibition names “Online CIFIT” (derived from China International Investment and Trade Fair), and the discussion of the literature about the influence of the exhibitors’ satisfaction level will be researched. Moreover, the SPSS 19.0 software and IPA (Importance-Performance Analysis) model are utilized to analysis the data. In this way, the existing advantages and further improvement of “Online CIFIT” could be discovered, and three suggestions can be provided to improve the satisfaction level of the participants of virtual exhibitions. Firstly, integrate the offline-resources to fulfill the “Online CIFIT” database. Secondly, offer a more professional online service by establishing a specific team. Finally, optimize the functions of the virtual platform, and enhance the accuracy of project searching.
