摘要
目的 了解综合性医院护工的心理健康现状及其相关因素,为促进护工心理健康提供理论依据.方法 应用自测健康评定量表(SRHMS)、罗森伯格的自尊量表中文版(SES),在调查员的现场指导下采用自主填写方式对254名综合性医院护工进行调查.结果 护工在生理健康(BZT)、心理健康(MZT)、社会健康(SZT)、自测健康(ZCZT)得分上,均明显低于国内常模水平(均P〈0.05).护工的BZT、MZT、SZT、ZCZT得分在不同文化程度、经济水平、工作年限、SES得分上均存在显著差异(均P〈0.05),而护工的SRHMS得分在不同性别、年龄、婚姻状态上均无明显差异(均P〉0.05).多重线性回归分析显示,文化水平、工作年限、经济收入、自尊水平是SRHMS得分的相关影响因素(P〈0.05).结论 护工的自测健康状况明显偏差,低文化水平、工作年限低、低经济收入、自尊水平低是护工心理健康状态的独立危险因素.
Objective To study the comprehensive hospital nursing workers' mental health status and related factors of the relationship, ao as to provide theoretical basis for promoting mental health to nursing worker. Methods The survey was carried out with 254 nursing workers in comprehensive hospital. All respondents were surveyed using self-rated health measurement scale ( SRHMS) and self-esteem scale scale ( SES) . Results In terms of the scores of phys-ical health ( BZT) , mental health ( MZT) , social health ( SZT) and self-test health ( ZCZT) , the nurses were sig-nificantly lower than the domestic norm (P〈0. 05) . The BZT, MZT, SZT and ZCZT scores of the nurses were signifi-cantly different in different cultural degrees, economic level, working years and SES scores ( P〈0. 05 ) , while the SRHMS score of the nurses was not significantly different in different gender, age and marital status (P〉0. 05) . Multi-ple linear regression analysis showed that cultural level, working life, economic income and self-esteem were the factors that influence SRHMS score ( P〈0. 05 ) . Conclusion The self-test health condition of nursing workers is obviously de-viant. Low cultural level, low working years, low economic income and low self-esteem are the independent risk factors for the mental health status of nursing workers.
