我国护理服务价格相关研究分析

Correlational research and analysis on Chinese nursing service prices

目的 探讨2000-2015年我国护理服务价格相关研究文献资料,了解护理人员在该领域的研究状况及存在问题,为护理服务价格的进一步研究发展提供参考.方法 利用中国期刊全文数据库、万方数据库和中国生物医学文献数据库对相关文献进行检索,建立数据库对文献年度变化、地区分布、期刊分布、主题等进行计量学分析.结果 共纳入文献219篇,分别发表在94种期刊上;广东、上海、江苏、浙江、北京五省市的发文较多（118篇,58.44%）;文献合作度为2.79%,合著率为73.06%.结论 国内关于护理服务价格的研究日益受到护理管理者及研究人员的重视;护理实际成本核算,护理服务收费与护士劳务价值在临床工作中的现状及存在的问题是当前研究的热点.

Objective To investigate the correlational research literature of Chinese nursing service prices from 2000 to 2015 , understand about the research situation and existing problems of nursing personnel in this field to provide reference for the further research development of nursing service prices. Methods Chinese journals of full-text database, Wanfang database and Chinese biomedical literature database were used to have retrieval for the correlational literatures. Database was built to have metrological analysis on the annual changes, regional distribution, journal dis-tribution and theme of literatures. Results A total of 219 literatures were included, which were published on 94 jour-nals, and the majority was published in Guangdong, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Beijing （ 118 literatures, 58. 44%） . The cooperation degree of literatures was 2. 79% and the degree of coauthor was 73. 06%. Conclusion The research about nursing service prices are increasingly concerned by the nursing managers and researchers in China. The actual cost accounting of nursing, nursing service pricing and the labor value of nurses are the current research hotspot for the situation and existing problems of clinical work.
