从自己读书到引领师生读书--梁昌辉老师和他的读书课程探索

摘要 华士实验小学粱昌辉老师是一名洋溢着书卷气的语文教师,他以勤奋的阅读使自己的职业之路历久弥新,视野开阔,创新意识强。在指导学生阅读上,注重习惯与兴趣培养,通过多种课型来开展读书指导:设计引读课激发学生阅读兴趣,用阅读推进课指导学生品赏文本秘妙,开设交流课在互动中分享与提升阅读收获。他通过阅读课程化的系列举措,整体推动学校的读书工程,带领华小同仁营造浓厚的读书氛围,使华小校园读书蔚然成风。 Mr. Liang is a bookish Chinese teacher from Huashi Experimental Primary School, and he still keeps his professional road fresher even after many years of teaching through diligent reading with broad horizons and a strong sense of innovation. In terms of guiding students to read, he focuses on the cultivating of habit and interest. Diff erent types of class are adopted to guide students' reading: designing lead-in classes to trigger students' interest in reading, reading-promoting classes to guide them to appreciate the mystery and delicacy of texts, and opening communicative classes to share and enhance reading achievements in interaction. He takes a series of measures based on reading courses to wholly promote school's reading projects and lead his colleagues into a strong atmosphere of reading, so that school reading has become a common practice.
