摘要
采用"燃速-靶线法"研究聚甲醛(POM)、蔗糖八醋酸酯(SOA)及其不同质量比的(POM+SOA)混合物对无烟RDXCMDB推进剂燃烧性能的影响,同时研究了两种复合燃烧催化剂(F-Pb/W-Cu和E-Pb/W-Cu)对含POM+SOA的RDX-CMDB推进剂燃烧性能的影响。结果表明,配方中分别添加8%的POM或SOA,POM使10 MPa下燃速由10.87 mm·s^(-1)降至6.47 mm·s^(-1),SOA使10 MPa下燃速由10.87 mm·s^(-1)降至4.73 mm·s^(-1);当POM和SOA的质量比为5∶3混合使用时,6~15 MPa下推进剂压强指数降至0.49;铅盐F-Pb/铜盐W-Cu催化剂使低燃速RDX-CMDB推进剂6~15 MPa下的压强指数由未添加催化剂时的0.65降至0.12,在中压8~10 MPa下燃烧出现麦撒效应。
As measured by a strand burner,the combustion properties of smokeless RDX-CMDB propellant were investigated with adding polyformaldehyde( POM),sucrose octoacetate( SOA),and its mixture,meanwhile the effects of two types composite burning catalysts( F-Pb/W-Cu、E-Pb/W-Cu) on combustion characteristics of low burning rate propellant containing deceleration agents POM and SOA were investigated. The results showed that the burning rate declined from 10. 87 mm/s to 6. 47 mm/s under 10 MPa when adding 8% POM,however 8% of SOA in the formulation,the burning rate decreased from 10. 87 mm/s to 4. 73 mm/s under 10 MPa. POM and SOA mixtures at ratio 5 ∶ 3,the pressure index of low burning rate RDX-CMDB propellant dropped to 0. 49 during 6 ~15 MPa; F-Pb/W-Cu composite burning catalyst made the pressure index of low burning rate RDX-CMDB propellant dropped from 0. 65 to 0. 12 during 6 ~ 15 MPa,even showed mesa effect during 8 ~ 10 MPa.
