摘要
如今高等教育的大众化,以及市场经济体制的发展,导致人才之争在高校中激烈开展。而在组织管理中,激励一直受到广大管理工作者、理论研究者的关注、应用,所以,这也说明了其具有一定作用。因此,为了使高校的办学质量、管理水平能够得到有效提高,我们对于教师进行激励管理应该给予高度重视,建立完善的激励机制。因此,本文主要就是阐述高校教师激励管理研究的方法、策略。
With the popularization of higher education and thedevelopment of the market economy system, the competition forqualified talents has intensified in colleges and universities. Inorganizational management, incentive has always been concernedand applied by the majority of management workers and theoreti-cal researchers, indicating that it hasa certain role. Therefore, inorder to improve the school-running quality and managementlevel of colleges and universities, we should attach great impor-tance to the incentive and management of teachers and establisha sound incentive mechanism. Therefore, this article mainly ex-pounds the research methods and strategies of college teachers'incentive management.
