基于校企协作嵌入式人才培养模式的研究与探索

Research and Exploration on the Embedded Talent Training Mode Based on College-Enterprise Collaboration

为发挥高校和企业各自的优势,培养学生解决复杂问题的实践能力和创新精神,本文在阐述了校企协作嵌入式人才培养模式实施的背景和研究意义的基础上,结合淮海工学院软件工程专业嵌入式培养的实际,围绕培养课程体系构建、协作培养过程实施等内容,给出了适合该专业嵌入式培养的研究内容,并对现行培养过程中出现的若干问题提出了解决思路,对嵌入式人才培养模式进行了积极探索。

In order to give full play to the respective advantages ofuniversities and enterprises and cultivate practical ability and in-novative spirit of students in solving complex problems, throughan explanation of the background and significance of the imple-mentation of the embedded talent training mode based on col-lege-enterprise collaboration, combined with the reality of em-bedded training in the software engineering specialty of HuaihaiInstitute of Technology, and revolving around the curriculum sys-tem construction and the collaborative training implementation,this paper puts forward the research contents suitable for the em-bedded training of the specialty, and proposes the solutions tosome problems in the present training, which is an active explo-ration of the embedded talent training mode.
