日益严峻的就业形势下,社会和用人单位对人才的要求和选择呈现出新的态势,护理本科生面临新的就业挑战。如何在大学低年级有效地进行职业生涯规划教育,引导高校大学生树立明确的职业目标和职业理想成为颇具现实的问题。本文结合某高校护理本科生二年级开展的模拟面试现实情况,探讨了它作为一种教育策略,对大学生职业生涯规划教育产生的重要作用,以期为高校职业生涯规划教育提供一条新的思路。

Faced with increasingly severe employment situation,the society and employers pose new requirements to talent selec-tion, and the nursing undergraduates have to take up the chal-lenge. It has been a realistic issue that how to conduct the careerplanning education effectively during the first two years of collegelife and guide college students to set the specific goals and theprofessional ideal. Based on the mock interview example con-ducted bya university, this article explores its significance on ca-reer planning education as an educational method, hoping foranew way of thinking to contribute to the development of collegecareer planning education.
