A Brief Analysis on the Matching Degree between the Development of Elderly Service Industry and the Curriculum Setting of Elderly Service and Management Major:Taking Kunshan Dengyun College of Science and Technology as an Example

以昆山登云科技职业学院老年服务与管理专业课程设置为例,从养老服务行业发展的需要出发,根据企业对养老人才知识储备的要求,进行课程设置。随着养老产业的发展,课程设置要不断进行调整,以培养企业满意人才。

Taking the curriculum setting of elderly service andmanagement major of Kunshan Dengyun College of Science andTechnology as an example, this paper carries out the curriculumsetting of the major starting from the needs of the elderly serviceindustry and in accordance with the requirements of enterprisesfor the knowledge reserve of talents for elderly service. With thedevelopment of the elderly service industry, the curriculum set-ting should be adjusted constantly in order to cultivate talentsmeeting the needs of enterprises.
