Exploration on the Construction of Postgraduate Party Branch with the Construction of Party Organization Based on "Giving Help and Setting an Example" as the Breakthrough Point

研究生党支部建设是高校党建工作的重要组成部分,其作用的发挥关系到研究生培养效果。本文提出通过"传、帮、带"的理念改进支部的管理方式,实现党支部发展与党员成长的双丰收,提高党支部的号召力、凝聚力和渗透力,充分发挥战斗堡垒作用。

The construction of postgraduate Party branch is animportant part of the Party building in colleges and universities.Its role is related to the effect of postgraduate training. This paperproposes to improve the management of the branch by means ofthe concept of ＂giving help and setting an example＂, so as to re-alize the double harvest of the development of the Party branchand the growth of the Party members, enhance the appeal, cohe-sion and penetration of the Party branch, and give full play to therole as the fighting fort.
