Investigation into the Employments of Graduates of Forensic Medicine

法医学是医学领域中的一门重要学科。目的:针对法医学专业毕业生就业形势,结合新乡医学院法医学专业实际情况,提出相应的应对措施。为相关院校法医学专业的人才培养、就业招聘等政策和制度提供依据和参考。方法:这篇文章通过调查新乡医学院法医学专业2014届-2017届本科毕业生毕业当年的就业情况,分析法医学毕业生就业存在的问题和不足以及相应的影响因素。结果:2014届-2017届新乡医学院法医学专业共114名毕业生,32.46%考取研究生,9.65%考取公务员,12.28%进入司法鉴定机构就业,9.65%进入保险公司就业,35.96%灵活就业。结论:法医学本科毕业生就业具有竞争压力大、方向狭窄、社会渠道单一、就业观狭隘等问题,需要相关部门重视和政策支持。

Forensic medicine is an important subject in the fieldof medicine. Purpose： According to the employment situation ofgraduates of forensic medicine, combined with the actual situa-tion of forensic specialty of Xinxiang Medical University, this pa-per put forward the corresponding measures. It provided the basisand reference for forensic medicine in related universities inpolicies and systems such as training talents, employment, re-cruitment, and so on. Methods： By virtue of investigating employ-ment status of graduates of forensic medicine in Xinxiang MedicalUniversity in 2014-2017 years in the graduation year, the prob-lems and deficiencies as well as the corresponding influencingfactors in terms of employment of forensic medicine graduateswere analyzed. Results： There were 114 graduates in the 2014-2017 years of forensic medicine in Xinxiang Medical Uni-versity. Among them, postgraduates accounted for 32.46%; civilservants accounted for 9.65%; employment in the judicial au-thentication institutions accounted for 12.28%; employment ininsurance companies accounted for 9.65% and flexible employ-ment accounted for 35.96% . Conclusion： the employment offorensic medicine graduates had some problems such as hardpressure of competition, narrow direction, unitary social channels,narrow view of employment, etc. More attention and policy sup-port should be provided by the relevant departments.
