Problems to Be Re-recognized in the Tourism Development in Ethnic Minority Regions under New Situations

在人们的旅游需求日益突出的当下,旅游目的地民生问题已成为政府和社会关注的焦点。为更好地发展民族地区旅游业,充分发挥其促进民生保障和改善之功能,我们必须对民族地区旅游发展方向、旅游惠民、旅游扶贫、旅游影响、政府职责、企业责任及游客和东道主的权力、义务等相关问题,冷静思考,重新认识。

Livelihood of the people has become a focus of attention of the Chinese government and the whole society,the demand of tourism becomes increasingly prominent,and the age of universal tourism is coming soon.Ensuring and improving people's livelihood will be the direction of tourism development,but the poverty problem in ethnic minority regions is still serious.In order to make tourism industry of ethnic minority regions develop well and play fully its' role of ensuring and improving people's livelihood,we must re-think clearly about these tourism problems:what is the best direction of development,how can tourism benefit the local people,how can tourism eradicate local poverty,what are the tourism impacts,what are the government and enterprises' responsibilities,and what are the rights and obligations of the host and the tourists respectively.
