摘要
农产品供需结构性失衡,是农产品过渡强调数量型增长而忽视了品质提升的结果。农业供给侧结构性改革,应以现代生态农业为导向,建设生态、高效、品牌化农业为目标,发展资源节约、产品安全、技术先进、经济高效、环境友好的现代农业。品牌建设是推进农业供给侧结构性改革的着力点,通过农产品品牌建设,可以实现农业资源优化配置,提高农产品竞争力,发展现代农业,实现农产品由低水平供需平衡向高水平供需平衡升级。在农产品品牌建设中,要调整产业结构,培育具有地域性特色的农产品品牌,制定政策措施,做大做强农产品品牌,抓农业生产经营主体,保证农产品品牌质量。
The structural imbalance in agricultural product supply is the consequence of undue emphasis on the increase of quantity while quality is actually being neglected.The reform of the supply side of agriculture should be guided to lead the present agricultural production to become ecological and efficient,and the products are largely branded.Such agriculture is resource-effective,environment-friendly,advanced in technology,and the safety of its products is guaranteed.The centre of the reform efforts should placed at the brand building of farm products,which will optimize the allocation of agricultural resources,lift the competitiveness of produce,and achieve supply-demand balance at a higher level.In brand building construction,the industrial structure should be re-adjusted,brands of local characteristics should be nursed,policies should be made to help brands grow,and the quality of the brands should be trustworthy and steadfast.
