滇中高校图书馆与公共图书馆信息资源共享的制约因素探索

An Investigation of the Factors that Hinder Information Resource Sharing Between College and Public Libraries in Central Yunnan

信息资源是社会生产力中非常活跃的要素,是社会进步与经济发展的主要助推力。滇中高校图书馆和公共图书馆建立资源共享模式,这是区域图书馆发展的必然趋势,可以有效解决两类图书馆的资源重合、使用率低等问题,也可以改变之前封闭的运行体系,直接面向市场,充分发挥自身在信息资源方面的优势,为滇中经济社会发展提供所需的信息服务。但在信息资源共享实践中还存在着一些制约因素,影响着两类图书馆信息资源共享工作的有效开展,由此,对其进行深入探索与研究具有积极的现实意义。

Information resources are one of the most active elements in social productivity as it provides a principle push for social progress and economic development.In central Yunnan,information resource sharing between college and public libraries is the inevitable trend,which will minimize collection overlap,increase utilization rate,create more openness in the operation of libraries,orient the development of libraries toward the needs of the market,and allow their information resources to better serve local social-economic development.However,there are many factors that present a hindrance to the sharing.It is of great practical significance to study these factors deeply.
