Error Analysis in the Reference Section of Published Academic Papers

参考文献是学术论文的重要组成部分,对于学术论文后面的参考文献的要求,已经上升到国家标准来执行。但是在实际的操作中,却存在多种多样的问题,其原因既有论文作者的不熟悉,也有学术期刊编校者的认识不足、执行不到位,而且GB/T7714—2015《信息与文献参考文献著录规则》示例存在争议,个别示例存在失误。为此,无论是论文作者还是学术期刊编校者都应引起重视,既要认真学习并熟悉运用《信息与文献参考文献著录规则》,更需要在实际工作中认真细致,严格执行国家标准。

'Reference'is such an important part of an academic paper that the rules for documentation have been raised to the level of state standard.But errors are still frequent in published papers.Some are from the author's inadequate knowledge of the rules,some from editor's lack of proper regard or slack implementation of the rules,and still others from disputable or even the few erroneous examples given in GB/T7714—2015 Information and Documentation---Rules for Bibliographic References and Citations to Information Resources.Both the authors and editor need to get fully familiarized with the rules and editors should be alert to possible errors and observe the rules strictly.
