摘要
利用Simulink对太阳能电池进行建模和仿真,得出当太阳能日照辐射强度固定在1KW/m^2时,随着环境温度从45℃降为5℃时,最大功率点的功率增大,最佳工作电压也随之略有增大;当太阳能电池温度固定在25℃时,随着日照辐射强度从1 000 W/m^2降为250 W/m^2时,最大功率点的功率随着日照强度的减小而减小,而最佳工作电压几乎没有变化.
The modeling and simulation of solar cells with Simulink show that the output power of the maximum power point increases and the best working voltage also increases slightly as the environment temperature reduces from 45 ℃to 5℃with the solar radiation intensity of sunlight at 1 KW/m^2;and when the temperature of the solar cell is fixed at 25℃,the output power of the maximum power point decreases with the decrease in the intensity of sunlight,but the best working voltage remains almost the same as the sun radiation intensity drops from 1 000 W/m^2 to 250 W/m^2.
