瑞丽市景颇族文化传承的困境与思考

The Dilemma and Thinking of the Cultural Heritage of the Jingpo People in Ruili

文章通过对瑞丽市L村景颇族文化的传承现状进行调查和分析,发现L村景颇文化传承状况不容乐观,存在师资缺乏、政策落实不到位、群体断层严峻等问题,并就此提出提升教师景颇族文化的自觉性以弥合学校文化传承功能的裂痕,创新政府对景颇族文化的管理模式;发挥政府文化传承的支持和引领作用以培育景颇族文化的"继承者",增强村民对景颇族文化的自信心等对策建议。

By virtue of field work and questionnaire,this study conducts a systematic survey on Jingpo cultural inheritance status of L village in Ruili City and finds that the Jingpo cultural inheritance status of L village is far from optimistic,embodied in the shortage of teachers,poor execution of policy.Thus,this study puts forwards four countermeasures as follows:enhancing the Jingpo culture awareness of teachers and developing the school cultural inheritance function,innovating government's management mode of Jingpo culture,cultivating the inheritors of Jingpo culture and strengthening the confidence of Jingpo culture of local villagers.
