顾客价值研究综述

摘要 本文对国内外顾客价值研究文献进行了系统梳理,总结了顾客价值的定义,分析了顾客价值的结构维度,阐述了顾客价值的影响因素以及顾客价值的结果,对顾客价值的未来研究进行了展望。
