保留角膜缘干细胞翼状胬肉切除术临床观察

Clinical Observation on Limbal Stem Cells Retaining Pterygium Excision

目的观察保留角膜缘干细胞翼状胬肉切除术的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2012年2月—2013年8月翼状胬肉患者80例(124只眼)。在显微镜下采用保留角膜缘干细胞手术方法切除翼状胬肉及变性的结膜组织。结果按上述手术方法 80例患者手术顺利,术后随访6~24个月,116眼痊愈。角膜光滑无新生血管,内眦结膜平整,无充血隆起,无粘连。复发8眼,复发率6.45%。结论保留角膜缘干细胞翼状胬肉切除术治疗眼科常见的翼状胬肉疾病手术方法简便,损伤小,复发率低,效果良好。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of preserving limbal stem cell pterygium excision. Methods A retrospective analysis of 80 patients （124 eyes） with pterygium from February 2012 to August 2013 was performed. Under the microscope using limbal stem cell surgery to remove the pterygium and degeneration of the conjunctiva. Results According to the above operation method, 80 patients were successfully operated, followed up for 6 to 24 months and 116 eyes recovered. No corneal neovascularization, flattening of the conjunctiva, no hyperemia uplift, no adhesions. Recurrent 8 eyes, the recurrence rate was 6.45%. Conclusion The limbal stem cell pterygium excision for the treatment of common pterygium diseases of ophthalmology is simple, less invasive and has a low recurrence rate.
