布地奈德对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者胸肺顺应性及气体交换参数的影响

Effect of Budesonide on Chest and Lung Compliance and Gas Exchange Parameters in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的分析布地奈德对治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者胸肺顺应性及气体交换参数的效果。方法选取2014年1月—2017年1月来我院就诊的54例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者,随机将其分为研究组和对照组,各27例。对照组患者实施常规治疗,研究组在此基础上搭配布地奈德氧气雾化吸入,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果研究组患者胸肺顺应性及气体交换参数均优于对照组,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者选用布地奈德氧气雾化吸入能改善其胸肺顺应性及气体交换参数。

Objective To analyze the effect of budesonide on chest and lung compliance and gas exchange parameters in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods 54 patients with COPD who came to our hospital from January 2014 to January 2017 were enrolled in this study, they were randomly divided into two groups the study group and the control group, 27 cases in each group. Patients in the control group was treated with routine treatment,the study group was treated with budesonide inhalation oxygen inhalation,the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The lung compliance and gas exchange parameters of the patients in the study group were better than those in the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients using budesonide oxygen inhalation can improve its chest and lung compliance and gas exchange parameters.
