摘要
目的探讨人性化护理对风湿患者疼痛及满意度的影响。方法随机抽取2016年2月—2017年2月本院收治的风湿患者84例,按照随机数字表法分为研究组(人性化护理,n=42)与对照组(常规护理,n=42)。对比两组护理效果。结果干预后,研究组疼痛评分低于对照组,满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对风湿患者实施人性化护理的效果理想,能减轻疼痛程度,提升满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of humanistic nursing on pain and satisfaction of patients with rheumatic diseases. Methods 84 cases of rheumatism patients in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were randomly selected. According to the random number table method, they were divided into study group (humanized nursing, n=42) and control group (routine nursing, n=42). The nursing effect in two groups was compared. Results After the intervention, the pain score of the study group was lower than that of the control group, and the satisfaction was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The effect of humanistic nursing on rheumatism patients is ideal, which can reduce the pain degree and improve the satisfaction degree.
